At Church Hill East, we pride ourselves on community. We host a range of events to draw the association members together; we start the year with a summer kickoff party in the park with food and inflatables and round out summer with a National Night Out party. With National night out we have partnered with the City of Sauk Rapids, Benton County Sheriffs Office, and the Sauk Rapids Fire Department. Also, we have an annual community garage sale typically the third weekend in May.
We post our monthly meeting notes online after they have been approved at the following months meeting. In addition, you will find all of the association's documents. The bylaws for the HOA, amendments, and covenants. This is a good place to get started in knowing what home ownership in our association is like.
